1. Develop Offtake Work Programme and Offtake Roadmap and maintain relationship with potential Off-takers to secure offtake contract
2. Engage with both domestic and international off-takers and anchor tenants with the financial sophistication necessary to appreciate the value in the project.
3. Evaluate other offtake sources, including possibilities for involvement of subsidies and/or development finance institutions and assess the possibilities for risk mitigation provided by Export Credit Agencies (ECAs) and other credit insurers for the offtake
4. Prepare and maintain a due-diligence data room for invited off-takers; and support in the Transaction presentations to target financial institutions and ensuing discussions.
5. Support in assessment of offtake pricing & financing offers and process to be invited for final negotiations.
